Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are unable to compensate you for packages that have been deemed delivered by Australia Post. As such, we require a signature on delivery of goods.
In a circumstance where a repair, replacement, or refund is required or there is necessity for compensation, your case will be reviewed, and a resolution provided within the framework of consumer rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
